"ASL Basics" are signs anyone can perform. The four 45-minute virtual classes (February 4, 11, 18, 25) teach you how to sign basic
phrases such as, “Hello, I name____ I” to introduce yourself, and incorporate vocabulary building. Additionally, participants will learn:

• The ASL Manual Alphabet  
•  Numbers 1-10
• Days of the Week
• Foods and Snacks
• ASL Negations and Affirmations
• Basic ASL Sentence Structure that puts together the signs participants learn during the class

Handouts are included and incorporate a video of the vocabulary learned during the live class. The recurring Zoom link and agenda for the course will be sent to the participants on the day of the first class. Registration is required. By signing up for the any class in the series, you are signing up for all four Thursdays, beginning with the February 2 session.
