Read a book from our Nature Booklist and then join the librarians and fellow nature-loving community members for a walk around Breakheart Reservation. During this walk, we will share our thoughts on books that explore different aspects of nature and how to explore it without exploitation. We will follow the Pearce Lake and Upper Pond Paved Loop. This loop is 2.7 Miles and begins at the Breakheart Reservation Wakefield Entrance parking lot. It features lovely water views of Lower Pond. The trail is paved the whole way and offers plenty of shade.
