Now that the holiday stress has passed, join us to learn a few simple techniques: breath patterns, 5 minute meditations and journaling prompts that you can use to refresh yourself and gain energy again.  Breath can energize your body and mind when you're feeling tired and foggy. It can also calm the racing mind and help promote sleep. Find your peaceful place with Heather Carroll's one-hour class (no equipment is required).

Heather Carroll is a 500 hour yoga, breath and meditations teacher as well as a personal trainer with a BFA in dance. As a busy single mom of 2 girls, her goal is to help as many moms as she can to reduce the overwhelm and find value in themselves. After suffering postpartum depression and feeling very alone she started looking for tools to help herself. Through a series of events she wound up where she is today. She creates community among women through classes, and workshops both online and at Holistic Life Community in Wakefield. Helping women grow into the fullest, most confident versions of themselves and having community and a coach to support is her love!
