The Wakefield Health & Human Services Department and the Wakefield Police Department are partnering to offer a Community Support Meet & Greet. Attendees can learn about local mental health programs, substance-use treatment and recovery, family and domestic support, and how to connect to other local social services. The session will also include signs of opioid overdose and Naloxone (nasal Narcan) training. Free Naloxone will be available to attendees.
