Remember when working from home was a perk? Now that many of us are required to do so, it's
feeling more like a challenge. In this workshop, we will cover how to deal with some of the biggest challenges we work-from-homers face: eating habits and work-life integration. Learn how to get your eating habits back under control and manage your stress in holistic ways.

Marissa holds certifications in health and nutrition coaching from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and Precision Nutrition. She has been in solo practice as a health and nutrition coach for 3 years now, providing one-to-one coaching and group coaching to clients seeking to improve their eating habits as well as workshops and webinars to corporate employees, mothers' groups, and community groups. Marissa is a firm believer in balance and focuses her approach on helping her clients develop healthier eating habits while also still enjoying their favorite treats.
