For kids entering grades 5-7 in the fall.
We will be reading some great graphic novels and explore beyond the plot to seek the themes, the authors' secret purpose, what makes each book special, and why it has been challenged of banned. Along with the discussion, there will be a craft or activity and a snack that goes along with each month's book.
