Burnout continues to be a growing issue in our modern world, only further exacerbated during and following the pandemic. In our always-on, technology-enabled society, we are in a crisis of collective exhaustion - but it doesn't have to be this way. Join this interactive session to dive into the underlying drivers of burnout and learn the micro-changes you can make to push back against chronic-stress and prevent burnout. Alison will cover:

Sizing the (burnout) problem:

The underlying drivers of burnout

The impacts of chronic stress, citing data from published research

The related impact on employee culture, employee retention and company performance

Sharing (anonymized) interviewee testimonials on the burnout experience

Practical solutions to address burnout:

For individuals: address small actions and micro-changes you can implement to manage chronic-stress and prevent burnout, in our everyday lives.

For companies: we’ll discuss ways organization can begin to take action too, and best support employees and the health of the business, as the future of work continues to rapidly evolve.

We’ll end with a short exercise to take action before the session concludes.

Alison Campbell is a high-energy and visionary leader who made her mark across industries over the past 20 years. After a lifetime hustling and 3+ years into working and traveling during the pandemic, an emergency visit and ultimately surgery caused her to question everything, given the debilitating effects of burnout. Alison’s journey led her to pursue a new path and in 2024 became a certified Health and Wellness coach. Now as the Founder & CEO of unBurnt™, she is on a mission to destigmatize burnout, and provide recovery coaching to individuals and prevention solutions to businesses. Alison also provides free resources, including webinars, workshops and downloadable guides to help manage chronic stress.
