This presentation will discuss areas in which a small improvement can have a big payoff, especially in today's world in which communication by Zoom or other video technologies is now common. By becoming more aware of how you present yourself, both in person and online, and what you communicate when you interact with others, you will gain an all-important edge and make yourself a more desirable candidate for the position you want.
