Meditation in Motion: Yoga & Music

A unique session combining yoga, mindful movement and music awareness. Participants will discover how they can use both music and movement as a meditation and relaxation practice to calm the mind and soothe the body.
Materials to bring:
- A yoga mat
- Two blankets or beach towels
- Yoga blocks (if you have them)
- Remember to dress in layers!
Short Bio
Rosanne Russell is the owner of Move2Joy Yoga Studio in Wakefield (Move2Joy.com), where she shares her passion for movement and well-being. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in Yoga, Nia® (mind-body dance), and body-centered wellness. A graphic designer as well as a movement professional, she brings creativity and innovation into her teachings. Dedicated to helping people feel welcome, she creates a space where movement is approachable, enjoyable, and accessible to all.
