Short Biography: 

Gillian Katz is a Certified Sommelier who became interested in wine through her study of Anthropology in college. Each wine region has a distinct history and terroir, informing the style of wine, pairings, and local culture. Gillian now enjoys sharing her knowledge of wine through customized tastings and educational events.
